Thank you for your interest in our beautiful Florida Luxury Villa. Our 4 bedroom home is set in the exclusive community of Wellington Reserve. This premier development is situated 6 miles south west of Disney World and offers a quiet relaxing base to visit some of Florida's many tourist attractions.

The Villa offers the highest quality furnishings throughout. The spacious master suite with queen size twin bed and large ensuite bathroom has Patio doors leading to Pool and deck area. There are 1 further queen size twin bedded room, with wardrobes, in the other part of the Villa there are two further bedrooms with two single beds in each and a full bathroom between them.

Spacious rooms well decorated, with upgraded furnishings, including a lounge that overlooks the swimming pool and dinning room, family room, fully fitted American Dream Kitchen, with a Breakfast Nook, there is a large Washer & Dryer, as well as the Double Garage. We have a screened swimming pool (with optional heating), and the large sunbathing Deck. There is also a BBQ provided. Our Villa is fully licensed and meets all fire and safety regulations.

Local activities available on site include; Large swimming pool, Children's play area and Basket ball court.

We are able to offer you excellent quality accommodation at rates that are below those of a large operator because simply we "miss out the middle man". Large operators actually use our villa so you can be assured that you are staying in a home maintained to the high standards they set. We also help other owners fill the remaining gaps in their rental schedules should our own villa be booked for your requested week. We are local people to Derbyshire and our reputation relies upon you having a wonderful holiday and recommending our villa to your friends and their families.

You are spoilt for choice when deciding where to eat. There are all types of resturaunt from fast food to full service within a short drive.
