Please fill in the names of all guests above and if any of your party is under the age of 18 please add their age (it is Florida State law we have to notify police dept. of all guests in advance of your stay) Do not worry if you are unsure of the exact size or members of your party we are allowed to amend this form up until 3 weeks before your departure.
A deposit of £100 per week is required with your booking form. Then the balance of your payment must be paid 8 weeks prior to your departure. Along with your final
Payment a security deposit of £75 per week will be payable this will be returned to you 2 to 4 weeks after your return from Florida. (Providing the Villa is vacated in the same condition as you found it)
Cancellations on or before 8 weeks prior to departure will result in loss of deposit
Cancellations between 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to departure will result in loss of 50% of the full amount Cancellations less than 4 weeks before departure will result in the loss of 100%. in the event of cancellation at any time we shall provide you with receipt (you may be able to make a claim on your travel insurance)
This contract is between the property owners and the party leader who must sign the booking form accepting the conditions on behalf of all persons named on the booking form, including those substituted or added by agreed amendment of the booking. A contract exists when you have paid a deposit and we have accepted and confirmed your booking in writing. The applicant accepts these conditions on behalf of all the members of the party. Only persons named on the booking form are entitled to use the property. Any unauthorised use of the property will lead to all occupants being excluded and the loss of your security deposit.
